- Open Recruitment → Data Management → Import and select the candidate screen template.افتح التوظيف ← إدارة البيانات ← الاستيراد ثم اختر قالب شاشة مرشح.
- Choose Download Sample. Keep the column names unchanged and preserve the code/date formats shown in the sample row.اختر تنزيل النموذج. لا تغيّر أسماء الأعمدة وحافظ على تنسيقات الرموز والتواريخ الظاهرة في صف المثال.
- Complete the required columns: Candidate Name, Email, Vacancy, Source, Interview Stage, Expected Salary. Use system codes—not display descriptions—for controlled lists.استكمل الأعمدة المطلوبة: اسم المرشح، البريد الإلكتروني، الشاغر، المصدر، مرحلة المقابلة، الراتب المتوقع. استخدم رموز النظام وليس الوصف الظاهر للقوائم المقيدة.
- Save the workbook as XLSX, upload it, and run Validate Only first. Review the row number, field, and reason in the validation log.احفظ المصنف بصيغة XLSX وارفعه ثم شغّل التحقق فقط أولاً. راجع رقم الصف والحقل وسبب الخطأ في سجل التحقق.
