- Open Transportation → Data Management → Import and select the carrier screen template.افتح النقل والخدمات اللوجستية ← إدارة البيانات ← الاستيراد ثم اختر قالب شاشة ناقل.
- Choose Download Sample. Keep the column names unchanged and preserve the code/date formats shown in the sample row.اختر تنزيل النموذج. لا تغيّر أسماء الأعمدة وحافظ على تنسيقات الرموز والتواريخ الظاهرة في صف المثال.
- Complete the required columns: Carrier, Vehicle, Driver, Origin, Destination, Freight Cost. Use system codes—not display descriptions—for controlled lists.استكمل الأعمدة المطلوبة: الناقل، المركبة، السائق، نقطة الانطلاق، الوجهة، تكلفة الشحن. استخدم رموز النظام وليس الوصف الظاهر للقوائم المقيدة.
